  1. Dice the onion
  2. Put some oil in a pot large enough to fit all the ingredients
  3. Put the pot over medium-high heat and add the onion
  4. Once the onion is cooked, add the tomato and beans
  5. Add the spices
  6. Once thoroughly heated, serve with vegan sour cream as an optional topping
