  1. Thinly slice the onion
  2. Cut the tomato into half-rounds
  3. Slice the cucumber into 3 inch long spears
  4. Spread the hummus on the tortillas
  5. Place the onion, tomato, and cucumber on the hummus
  6. Top with baby greens
  7. Wrap the contents into the tortilla
  8. Eat in front of others to show off how healthy you are
