Pan Fried Vegetofubles

Instructions

  1. Drain and optionally press the tofu
  2. Cut the vegetables and tofu into 1 inch pieces
  3. Fry each thing separately for better control, or together for better lazy
  4. Use the lid if the broccoli needs steamed
  5. Add soy sauce and sriracha
  6. Once the sauces are heated through, take off the heat
  7. Add some rice vinegar and gently mix together
  8. Yum with rice
  9. Optionally top with sesame oil
