Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar (or less)

3/8th cup nut milk
2 tsp vanilla

---

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
some salt

Instructions

1. Set over to 350F / 175C
2. Mix sugar and peanut butter in mixing bowl
3. Mix in nut milk and vanilla
4. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt
5. Scoop 1.5Tbps size balls of dough and flatten with a fork / hand
6. Bake 10-13 minutes, cool for a few after
